Must be based in Robertson County and have a lay of the land. Must love small businesses, be excited over their growth, and have a vision for making them even better.
An average day will look like:
Speaking with clients to either strategize, update, receive needs/want, get approvals from or deliver results to
Work with our team to build incredible strategies, campaigns and daily content that drives growth
Ensuring we stay true to our word - that deadlines are met, priorities are focused on and results are delivered (and exceed our clients' expectations)
Delivering daily, weekly and monthly reports to me so we stay on the same page
Building and continuously evolving procedures and processes to make sure that we have the best customer experience, hands down
You will be responsible for helping our clients grow and share their stories with thousands and thousands of people in their communities.
What you will have to be successful:
A bachelor's degree or above in marketing or business
- A great understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, blogging, and basic website maintenance for platforms like WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, Weebly and others.
- Previous customer service experience
Previous project management experience
At least 1 year experience working in a marketing or tech agency, managing multiple clients (this is a must)
Ability to handle multiple digital marketing clients with different needs at a time without breaking a sweat
Previous experience using Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, SproutSocial, Dropbox and other tools

This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday-Friday 9-5 at our Springfield location.
